RETURNS WILL BE PICKED UP FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS OR ALTERNATE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER IN WRITING. THE CUSTOMER NEED NOT PAY ANY SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. IF YOU MISS YOUR RETURN PICKUP, ONE MORE ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE TO PICK UP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. AFTER THE SECOND FAILED ATTEMPT, THE RETURN REQUEST WILL BE CANCELLED. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND IT MAY TAKE 2-4 WORKING DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO REACH BACK TO OUR PREMISES.

IN SUCH SITUATION TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT RESERVES RIGHT TO SHIP THE SAME BACK TO CUSTOMER IN THE SAME CONDITION AND IN SUCH CASE NO EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED.
