TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT IS COMMITTED TO ENSURE COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH RESPECT TO EACH PRODUCT AVAILABLE ON ITS WEBSITE. TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT HAS PUT NO-HASSLE PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THAT IF YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN REPLACE/EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT WITH SAME MODEL SUBJECT TO BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A. PROCESS FOR RETURN- EXCHANGE
YOU MAY RETURN YOUR PRODUCT BY FOLLOWING THE STEPS BELOW:

  1. IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH PRODUCT AND WISH TO RETURN THE SAME, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD CONTACT TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT CUSTOMER CARE ON +91-7082262619 (10 AM TO 7 PM, MONDAY TO SATURDAY) OR WRITE ON webmaster.anky@gmail.com WITHIN 7 SEVEN DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF PRODUCT TO REQUEST EXCHANGE. WE SHALL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE AFTER 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT. ON REGISTRATION A CONFIRMATION MAIL/ REFERENCE NUMBER WILL BE GENERATED WHICH CUSTOMER SHOULD QUOTE IN ALL ITS COMMUNICATIONS WITH TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT.
  2. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT BEFORE RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION MAIL/ RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER FROM US.
  3. ALL THE PRODUCTS TO BE EXCHANGE MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE TAGS AND OUTER BOX SHOULD NOT BE BROKEN OR TAMPERED. WE REQUEST YOU TO PLACE THE BOX IN FURTHER PROTECTIVE PACKAGING TO ENSURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE IN SHIPPING THE PRODUCT. CUSTOMER SHOULD PROVIDE THE INVOICE/WARRANTY CARD INTO THE PACKAGE FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS. WITHOUT THE ABOVE, EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
  4. RETURNS WILL BE PICKED UP FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS OR ALTERNATE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER IN WRITING. THE CUSTOMER NEED NOT PAY ANY SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. HOWEVER, IN CASE PICKUP FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM ORIGINAL DELIVERY ADDRESS OR ALTERNATE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER WILL DELIVER THE PRODUCT AT TRENDY ERSATZ PROUDUCT SERVICE CENTRE.
  5. IF YOU MISS YOUR RETURN PICKUP, ONE MORE ATTEMPT WILL BE MADE TO PICK UP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE. AFTER THE SECOND FAILED ATTEMPT, THE RETURN REQUEST WILL BE CANCELLED.
  6. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND IT MAY TAKE 2-4 WORKING DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO REACH BACK TO OUR PREMISES.
  7. PLEASE DO NOT HAND OVER ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO THE SHIPPING PARTNER DURING RETURN PICKUP. WE OR OUR COURIER PARTNER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUND OF ADDITIONAL/ UNACCOUNTED PRODUCTS LOST IN TRANSIT.
  8. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN OF PRODUCT IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO PRODUCT DUE TO NEGLECT OF CUSTOMER OR IN CASE THE PRODUCT RECEIVED ARE FOUND TO BE BROKEN OR TAMPERED OR MODIFIED OR MISHANDLED OR WITHOUT PACKAGE OR IS NOT SUPPORTED WITH INVOICE/WARRANTY CARD. IN SUCH SITUATION TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT RESERVES RIGHT TO SHIP THE SAME BACK TO CUSTOMER IN THE SAME CONDITION AND IN SUCH CASE NO EXCHANGE WILL BE PROCESSED.
  9. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT SOLE DISCRETION WHICH SHALL BE DEEMED AS FINAL AND BINDING. TRENDY ERSATZ PRODUCT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE ANY REASON WHATSOEVER FOR SUCH REJECTION.
  10. EXCHANGE PROCESS:

1. AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN IN OUR PREMISES, WE WILL PROCEED WITH THE RETURNS CHECK AND VALIDATION. ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY PHONE/EMAIL AND YOUR EXCHANGE WILL BE DONE WITHIN 3-4 WORKING DAYS FROM SUCH APPROVAL. IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT APPROVED EXCHANGE SHALL NOT BE DONE AND PRODUCT SHALL

BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU. HOWEVER, A MEMBER OF OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU.

2. ONCE THE EXCHANGE PROCESS HAS BEEN INITIATED, THE PRODUCT WILL BE DIRECTLY DELIVER TO CUSTOMER ADDRESS OR WE CAN DELIVER THE PRODUCT AT ANY ALTERNATE ADDRESS AS PER CUSTOMER CHOICE.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
